The staff is incredible, always very friendly and extremely accomodating. We are a military family and I feel completely safe here while my husband is away. The staff and other residents make me feel so at home! I love it!
I haven't had a maintenance request, but the guys are so friendly and even give my dogs treats when they see us out on walks!
The location is perfect, we are close to everything (food, shopping, highways) but there aren't noise or traffic problems. (And Navy Federal is within walking distance).
Parking isn't perfect, but it really isn't that bad. Walking a little extra to go home to a great apartment doesn't really bother me on the nights I do have to park further away, especially because of how well-lit it is.
The landscaping is beautiful and the pool is pristine, even in the winter!
I encourage all of our friends moving to the area to consider Adalay Bay. I love it here!
