Okay but not for everyone

Adalay bay is a nice place to live, if you don't live there too long. for us, we over stayed and there just comes that magic time to buy and not rent.
Staff is okay. They really don't want to "ruffle" feathers by enforcing rules like parking in non-designated spaces and keeping overly loud tenants quiet "after hours".
Grounds are nice and kept up well, but people don't pick up after their dogs, even when you call them out on it. The dog stations are always full and smelly in the summer.
Maintance are pleasant and helpful.
Parking is a nightmare. People park wherever they want and often block cars in. They do not tow, nor do they ticket as indicated in the lease agreement. There is supposed to be someone daily checking on this, but they do not. Only when you complain to the front office and then, you pretty much get an attitude.
Noise is tolerable. There is noise from upstairs, and the side apts - but that is pretty much the life of an apt dweller.
they focus way too much time and $$ on parties. big get togethers that always have a gift for one lucky resident of either money off of rent or one month's free rent - i conclude that is why the rent is so high there - we have to pay for someone to get free rent - at least 4 times a year with the big parties....Rent averages $1300. So, be aware that your rent monies are going to this.
They do offer little ammenities when you renew your lease - often times it is something reasonable like new blinds or carpet cleaned or items such as this.
For us as i said, we lived there 5 years...it was time to move on. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
