IVE HAD TO CHANGE MY DOOR LOCKS SEVERAL TIMES DUE TO SOMEONE TRYING TO GET IN WITH A KEY AND JAMMING MY LOCKS (SCARY)BUT HEY-- THE PRICE IS ATTRACTIVE AND THE SPACE IS SMALL REALLY AND WELL.. ITS KINDA QUIET AT NIGHT.. I LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR AND HEARD NO GUNSHOTS SO THATS A GOOD THING.

LANDSCAPE PRICE AND EXTERIOR ARE AWESOME...
SMALL SPACE.. YOU SIGN LEASE BEFORE YOU EVEN SEE YOUR UNIT.. RENTAL OFFICE STAFF ARE SUCKY AS HELL....PARKING IS HELL.. NEIGHBORS YOU CAN HEAR THEM FART.. THESE WALLS ARE THIN AS TISSUE PAPER.

I live here and almost never hear my neighbors this may depend on the type of unit you select. I did have to sign my lease before seeing the apt, but it wasn't a disapointment. We do have one child and no problems, but they do have strict rules concerning what they consider loitering, i.e. they don't want kids running up and down the stairs or anything like that. Apartments not that small and master bedroom has a walk-in closet big enough to put a queen sized bed into (if you didn't put anything else in with it). Kitchen has a large pantry too. Never had any problems with the rental staff either they'll even give you quarters if the change machine in the laundry room won't take your bill. My neighbors are nice and friendly. Parking can be a challenge at times, but there's always a spot free it just might not be the closest to your apt.
