It's affordable, but no washer dryer hookups, water is included, $585 for a one bedroom, $650 for two bedrooms, nice quiet and clean! Small park, but nothing for young toddlers, there is also a nice open area with picnic table and grills. Very easy access to city bus line. These apartments are income based, and do require a credit check as well!

The rent prices quoted here have increased some since this review was written. the 2 bedroom is $725, and the 1 bedroom is higher also but I'm not sure at the moment what the exact price is. (I live in a 2 bedroom)
