I lived in Arbor Glen for 6 yrs with my husband and 2 kids. In those six years we were only late on our rent once. After being offered a 1 yr lease for 6 yrs, they increased our rent almost $100 and offered us a month -to- month lease. Two weeks after signing the month to month lease we get an eviction notice to vacate in 1 month. When I went down to the rental office to ask why we were getting evicted, the manager told me it was a business decision and that they rented our apartment out. She then offered to write us a recommendation to our next landlord. I could not believe that B*tch. Luckliy, we were relocating to another state a few month later. You would think that you would want to keep tenants who pay their rent on time and don't cause any trouble but I guess they don't care.
