I have lived at Battlefield Woods Apts for almost a year now and once it is up I'm not renewing my lease. It has been a nightmare for hell. 1st a month after we move in we had a mouse in they apartment all they said was "we'll get pest control people out to set traps" thats not going to do anything and of course it didnt because about 3 months later we had the same problem. So again, what was the answer they gave me "we'll get pest control people out to set traps". Then for about 3 months or so we had something in the attic and I called property manager several times about it and what was the answer they gave me "we'll get pest control people out to take a look at it". So finally I got tired of it and I called the owner of the property and told him what was going on. After, I did all that something got done. I shouldnt have had to call the owner for something to get done. Another thing, our front door is supposed to be where you buzz people in. It hasn't work since day one when we moved in. The answer we got from the property manager is oh it will be fixed by Feb. Well, Feb. came and went and it still wasnt fixed, so finally in September I got fed up with it and I had to call the owner again for something to get done, by this time I wasn't a happy camper. This place is run very poorly the people around here just dont care. The proprety manager doesn't care about you or your needs. If I would have known this before I moved in I would have never rented an apartment from the crap hole.

I'm looking into renting an apartment and I have looked here too. I do agree that you should have more service in your case, but the apartments are not that expensive for its location, so you shouldn't expect for something spectacular. It's not going to be the greatest apartment unless you are willing to pay enough for a mortgage on a house just for an apartment. So, expect to get what you pay for. But, you should also expect to get more of a response than the same ol' same ol'.

Thank god I only had a 6 month lease at battlefield woods. Matience is slow, and the people in the front office are rude. Three months into the lease, my apartment flooded. They rufused to fix anything. There was water everywhere, and the apartment was unlivable. I had to hire people on my own to come and get the water out of my apartment. The carpet was moldy and it was not replaced. This place is hell!!! STAY AWAY!!!! You will find nothing but problems here.
