The apartment complex is under new management since 2004 and it is now kept up much better. The grounds are beautiful and they have landscapers out every week. The apartments are over 30 years old so of course the buildings are not going to look brand new or have that feel but they are definatley good for what they are. We have never had a bug or rodent problem. In fact they ask you to sign a contract to let them know immidiately if you come across any of those issues including black mold so they can take care of the problem as quickly as possible. Over all it's a good cheap apartment for newly weds who are just starting off.
