My husband and I have had a great experience at Belmont since our initial visit to view the property. The staff, especially Niki, have been so great to deal with. So far we feel the money (while pricey) is money well spent. The community is quiet, people are friendly, and we feel safe as well. The only issue that I have, which is one the office really cannot solve is the Canadian Geese. While they are pleasant to look at, their poop is not! But at any rate, we absolutely love living here and would highly recommend this community to others.
