Would not refer anyone to these apartments. They have a very nice appearance but built poorly. For instance, living on the first floor, the water main is PVC and is very loud when residents on the 2nd and 3rd floor flush the toilet, use the shower or the sink. The insulation is not very good as you can hear everything above you such as walking outside on the stairwells, vacuuming, talking etc. There are many spiders here, they sprayed which did nothing. The windows have leaked, appliances have not worked properly for being brand new. Maintenance does not respond in a timely manner. When they do the job is poorly done. On the other hand, the staff is very friendly and put on nice apt. complex events when they have them. The pool is nice, but closes too early for a warm climate. The pool is nice, but not cleaned often enough. There are purple bushes around the pool where kids play, which attract alot of bees. We informed them of this,and nothing was done. It is a gated complex, but the gates provide no security and are often left open.The gym and the club house is nice but you can't really use the club house since the staff uses it to sign new residents. Overall, the apartments look nice but do not recommend them for the money or hassel.
