I live at Belmont and have been there since April when construction was much bigger an issue. The overall construction of individual units is poor, there are many small untouched and unfinished parts of the inside. Although very pleasant on the eyes at first, within a few weeks my girlfriend and I were noticing MANY problems with minor details. There are no major problems of any kind, but the fact that there are so many little problems makes me wonder about the "integrity" of the place because there was obviously no quality work done ANYWHERE. The price is high I will admit but to me worth it. All your basic "Necessities" are there, and the "desireables" you pay for... Washer and dryer in unit is nice luxury worth 150 per month to me. Gated community (which is FINALLY working) 30 per month to me. NEW APPLIANCES that work good (not 20 yr old crap like other appartments in the area) worth another 50 per month to me. The simple fact that the place is new and no one has lived in my appartment before is AWESOME, worth 100 per month to me... If you break down what you are paying for, its reasonable. Not the best, but shurely better than most.
