Apparently a very nice and new apartment but after move in you realize that it is really a money pit. I was among the very first few occupant. They advertised everywhere saying it as equipped with all features. After only signing the lease I found out that there was no mail box setup (you have to collect your mail from post office, how convenient!!!) nor they have the security gate setup and the pool open as they advertised. Another big issue, their streets are not searchable in any GPS or website. Due to construction work, living becomes hell in daytime. The moment they setup the mailbox and security gate they increased the rent by 200$. The apartments are full of flies. They claim they have a fountain in the community and that is probably the worst of its kind. The real offense become apparent when you leave. They will rip you off - really! The manager sitting at their office and the management really wants money in whatever way they can. I was in disbelief that even after cleaning the entire apartment so nicely and cleaning the carpet by a professional cleaner they charged me a huge amount. The harassment goes till the level that the manager indicates rudely about the lifestyle of the tenants. BEWARE!!
