IT IS TRUE THE APARTMENTS ARE NEW AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY. FOR BEING A BRAND NEW APARTMENT THE APPLIANCE ARE NOT UP TO DATE FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU ARE PAYING. YOU HAVE NO USE OF THE CLUB HOUSE, BECAUSE IT IS THEIR PERSONAL OFFICE. THE MANANGER (-----) DOES NOT WANT ANY CHILDREN AT THE CLUBHOUSE, WHICH I BELIEVE IS REDICULOUS SINCE THEY PAY RENT AS WELL AND THE CHILDREN ARE DROPPED OFF THERE BY THE SCHOOL BUS. THE CLUB HOUSE HAS A SEATING AREA WITH FLAT SCREEN TV, COFFEE MAKER AND GATORADE MACHINE WHICH YOU CAN NOT USE AFTER THEY CLOSE AT 6PM. THE MANAGEMENT WANTS RENT PAYMENTS BY THE MORNING OF THE 1ST, IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE AND SHOW UP IN THE AFTERNOON THEY CHARGE YOU 10% OF YOUR RENT.(HORRIBLE) ADDED ONTO YOUR RENT IS A $65.00 WATER FEE, WHICH BY THE MANAGEMENTS CHOICE THE READ THE METERS EVERY SIX MONTH. THE MANAGEMENTS FEE FOR READING THE METERS IS $12 ($2 A MONTH), WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE BECAUSE THEY ARE TO LAZY. SO YOU END UP PAYING MORE THAN WHAT YOU USE IN WATER FOR 6 MONTHS. THE SECURITY GATES DO NOT WORK, AND LEFT OPEN. THEY ALSO ADVERTISE THAT THEY HAVE A PLAY GROUND WHICH I HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE MID 2007 AND STILL WAITING FOR IT. GET MORE FOR YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
