I do not feel safe here. The gates are a joke. There is always at least one car lurking in the entrance waiting for someone to open the gate so they can get in. And....opening the gate is a trip in itself. How about a security guard at the gate -at least'' A security guard patrolling the complex would be even better. Once my lease is done I will move out. I hope someone that is able to take action on these issues is reading and taking these comments seriously or you will quickly become just another dump.

Number one noone can guarantee anyone's safety so as you say you don't feel safe, what are exactly referring to? Gates are gates if someone really wanted to "get you" they would. As far as the gates are concerned everyone understands that they are not there to "protect" you that they are there to cut down on traffic in and out..I have had problems too but the rental office will try and do what they can to fix my problems and concerns. Hiring a security guard is no answer either, that would just make the rent go up...who wants that? I think you should forward your concerns to the management co. if you have all these issues, I would.
