These are nice apartments BUT poorly constructed & the noise level is terrible.
You bet,you can hear it all. Neighbors running up & down the stairs and mid-week & weekend all day music. Also, running water & a squeaky tub to top it off.
The gates were a joke.
I can also confirm that you do indeed part with a huge bill-considered "damages."
The first month rent free-Not At All. You are billed in the end. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here.
