It started off great, but suddenly things started showing up like ants and ants, and then the roaches which pop up everywhere, and then the small flying biting bugs started to appear. This is no joke! This is real. The price is ridiculous for this type of problems. Also, the gate is a joke! ------claims that there is no problem with the gate, and the wind causes the gate to be malfunction at times. Also, make sure you get everything in writing when dealing with complaints with her because she will quickly change her mind, and then you're left with the problem. It's not worth the price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rent out somewhere else.

I agree w/ you on all this stuff. didn't include the deal about the insects (and they just fumigated, too!) or the gate (our control doesn't work well w/ the sensor) but DEFINITELY warned people about getting things IN WRITING from the apparently infamous -----.
