I have never dealt with such a difficult apartment complex! First of all the apartments may look nice at first glance but they are horribly build. We had ants all though the summer and fruit flies as well. They have the most awful setup for the buildings, my living room and balcony looked directly into my neighbors living room. If you have pets they are allowed but you have to pay $400 plus $20 per pet per month, which you have to continue to pay even if your pet dies! If you are so much as $5 off on your rent they will harass you with letters and phone calls until you pay it(by check). I have never met such an awful manager, she is the most micro-managing psycho I have seen, even towards the tenants. The manager walks around the grounds all day because she apparently has nothing better to do with her time. She gives tickets on cars that have expired tags, I think she belives she is a cop. She also fines if you leave anything out on your balcony and I do mean anything. Please do not move to this complex, it is worse than living with an overbearing mother!
