Okay I find this very suspicious that in one day four VERY good reviews are posted about this apartment complex!!! I am still stuck here in a lease that is not done for a few more months and still cant wait to get out!! I just can't fathom four tenants loving this place when my complex is practically empty now that five of my neighbors moved out in one month all complaining of noise, crappy staff and now some huge bug problem that thankfully hasn't hit my apartment and hopefully doesn't but is apparently a big issue in the wooded views!! This apartment is horrible!!! I smell a scheme...something fishy is going on here!!!! PLEASE AVOID YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

I feel your pain! BTW I responded to some survey I got a few months after moving in and I intend to write back to KPM or whatever the owning company name is w/ very specific details, fotos AND video regarding our experience during the moving in and then during the moving OUT. I find it suspicious, too, that so many 5-point reviews came in all on the same day from tenants that just moved in but, hey, that's why I plan to write the company directly so that they know my experience. Who knows? Maybe they'll do something about it. Or maybe they just care about their bottom line and put profit over people... I liked living in the chesapeake area but it's a shame that they have such a horrible perspective about what customer service is. Hope your last few months there go by fast! Oh yeah and I'm also going to contact the Legal Dept on base regarding their biz practices as well as writing the Better Biz Bureau....the more complaints, the better for future tenants....

Oh I agree!! I loved living at Adalay Bay but my rent was going up and could not afford it that's why I moved in here. Worst decision ever. Better Business Bureau is a good idea. P.S. The manager Renee...not to be trusted!!!!

I contacted LPM and never heard back...but I DID contact the Health Department and the apartment complex got in trouble. (Read "Do Not Move Here" from 9/18/2008). It's a shame really; these apartments COULD be really nice if they just had the right staff and took care of the place. And I agree...you can't trust Renee for anything!
