PROS:
-The community is well kept...mostly clean.
-Parking for me is great...but that depends where your apartment is situated.
CONS:
-Beware of Management...that is all I am going to say!
-Noisy!!! You can hear everything! (people talking, babies crying, washing machines at 2 am, toilets flushing, people taking showers...you get the picture)
-Read the contract 10 times before signing. Be prepared to loose in the event something is not exactly meeting your needs/standards...I am sure the contract will have mentioned it in a way you didn't see coming.
-Hot water doesn't last more than 15 minutes when showering...you can put your money on that!
-Exiting off the highway and into this community is a pain...this will ALWAYS be a problem because of the way the road is designed. Basically, you exit the highway, make a right turn on the first light, and then you have to U-turn. This gets really old really quickly since the light doesn't change in your favor...sometimes only changing every other cycle and when it does change, it only last a few seconds.
Overall..."don't judge a book by its cover!" The community looks appealing, but appearances are often deceiving. Noise inside the apartment, dealing with Property Management personnel, and exiting off the highway into the community are its biggest downfalls. I recommend this property, but only on the slightest of margins!
