I moved to this apt. complex mid-February and this is the best apt. complex I have EVER lived in!!!! The office staff is polite, courteous, and knowledgable (not to mention that they make it a point to know my name even though I rarely go into the office). The maintenance staff is prompt and non-obtrusive when they have to come into your home. The landscaping is maintained very well. The view from my apartment is breath-taking. The amenities are beyond my expectations (gated community, 24 hour access to the gym, etc.). I could go on and on. As a person who has rented at least 6 apt. in the VB/Chesapeake area, The Blemont is BY FAR the best choice at a reasonable cost. Oh, and because its newer construction, the apt's are UPDATED!

sorry to burst your bubble but this complex is ridiculous - ESPECIALLY the staff. renee is a joke! I have never posted such negative things before and I wish I didn't have to, but their attitudes regarding "customer service" are an insult to renters. I recently checked out just last week from there and they were nitpicking every absurd detail -- they were charging for CRUMBS we left behind! but I'm sorry, guess it wasn't impeccable b/c they expect renters to be the cleaning crew so they don't have to spend money to get someone to do the labor and clean up appropriately -- like every other apt complex does. loralucy, I really do hope the staff has finally realized how awful they treat their CUSTOMERS and are actually making efforts to rectify their managerial policies. the best of luck to you. if I am ever back in VA I DEFINITELY will avoid this place b/c I don't care to be treated like I have to kiss anyone's behind or do cleaning labor.

Wow, another review that is a total lie. Please don't believe a thing this person has to say about Belmont at Greenbrier. I can promise you that they are no where near as great as she says. All the other reviews that go on about how awful the apartments are...THOSE are the ones to believe.

I agree another untruth...they must be paying people to write these reviews or someone at the office has the job of monitoring the site ??????PLEASE just read the reviews and do the numbers you will be able to weed what is fact and what is not....As for you loralucy, wishing all the best...
