I'AM TRUELY BLESS TO BE LIVING HERE AT BELMONT.THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE,AND THE MAINTENACE PERSONAL ARE REALLY GREAT PEOPLE.THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO SERVE YOU AND MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME.I HAVE BEEN HERE ALMOST 3YEARS AND I;AM VERY HAPPY TO BE LIVING AT BELMONT.I HARDLY EVER HERE ANY NOISE IN MY APARTMENT,I SLEEP REAL GOOD AT NITE,THATS WHY I LIKE THIS PLACE SO MUCH.I RECENTLY MENTION THIS TO A COUPLE OF MY NEIGHBERS AND THEY FEEL THE SAME WAY SO I'AM NOT ALONE.IT IS A VERY SAFE PLACE TO LIVE.I WILL GLADLY RECOMMEND BELMONT TO ANYONE THAT I KNOW WHO IS LOOKING FOR A GREAT APARTMENT.

Okay I find this very suspicious that in one day four VERY good reviews are posted about this apartment complex!!! I am still stuck here in a lease that is not done for a few more months and still cant wait to get out!! I just can't fathom four tenants loving this place when my complex is practically empty now that five of my neighbors moved out in one month all complaining of noise, crappy staff and now some huge bug problem that thankfully hasn't hit my apartment and hopefully doesn't but is apparently a big issue in the wooded views!! This apartment is horrible!!! I smell a scheme...something fishy is going on here!!!! PLEASE AVOID YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

Sorry, but I have to agree with Anonymous on this one Eugene. It's a little ironic that 4 people decided to post great reviews on the exact same day, don't you think? That's great if you really did have a great experience, but the majority of people I knew at Belmont shared my feelings.

o.k.anonymous you can be as suspicious as you want. the truth of the matter is, just because you are unhappy that has nothing to do with how i feel about belmont and it's fine staff.and i repeat and make myself perfectly clear.i have been here almost 3 years and me and alot of my neighbors think this is a great place to live.and nothing you can say will change how we feel.if you don't want to be here that not our fault,stop bad mouthing, and go someplace else.there is nothing wrong with belmont!!!!
