The Belmont is a great looking place and I couldn't wait to move in. Now that it's time to move out and buy a home, we're dealing w/ a nightmare!! Once I gave them two months notice, they immediately did a "pre-inspection" walking through my apartment and even looking in my refrigerator, oven and microwave. I expected that when I moved out but not two months prior! They're asking for $1000 to replace the cheap beige carpet in the whole apt, when there are stains in ONE spot from my two year old. The ladies I first dealt with when I moved in were great but the chicks in there now are rude and unprofessional. BEWARE!!!! They charge toooo much, can't rent all the apts and try to make tack on ridiculous fees to cover all the empty $1500 apts.
