We have had problems with this apartment complex since before we moved in. We had to do all of our application by fax since we lived in another state. No problems with geting them the information, but the next day when we called to see if they got our check to hold the apartment that we wanted, they told us that someone else had taken it the night before. We had faxed them all the information that they requested and overnighted the check for that specific apartment and they leased it right out from underneath us! When we finally made to the area we had expected to be in in enough time to get into the apartment, but bad weather had slowed us down. We called to see if someone could wait for us since we were running behind by about 15 mins. They told us that they would not stay late because if they did that for us they would have to do that for every one else. We got to the complex only 5 mins after they closed! The apartments ended up costing us a hotel stay that night. Since we've been in the apartment we'vwe had water damage in our bathroom twice because they won't caulk the end area around the bathtub. The bathtub isn't even a real bathtub! It's rebath! The entire bathtub and the siding is plastic! TMany of our other complaints are about the "fake" gates that they have in place. They are constantly having someone come out to fix the gates since they get stuck open, stuck close, or because someone forces their way in with their car. I don't want to live somewhere that someone can just force their way through the gate if they don't live there. People also get around the gate all the time since they just wait till someone who actually lives there comes by and opens the gate and just follow in. This is not the place that you want to live. The pricing is way too high for a place that is supposed to be a gated community and is designated as a "luxury" apartment complex. There are much better palces to live than this.

I completely agree with you! My husband and I had the same problems when we lived there. We ended up getting out of our lease because of extreme water damage throughout our apartment. (They came to "fix" the air conditioner and set off the sprinklers!) I would never recommend this apartment complex. I've been confused by the sudden increase in rave reviews. Sounds a little fishy to me! Hope you can get out of that place soon. Good luck!
