I would like out of the contract but we have bills to pay & can't afford to pay 781 for our rent plus 781 at the same time to get out of the contract. We don't have 1562 to get out of a lease secondly we DO NOT have bad credit & what the hell would that have to do with anything. Im in the Navy so buying a house would not be financially a good idea. Next I would prefere to rent right now rather than buy a house. 3rd My wife has tried to find a job in this ---- hole of a common wealth. But she has to find something in walking distance since we only have one car. Since the places around here aren't hiring unless you are a minority. She doesnt fall into the category since she's white. The birches are not a nice place to live. Yes they look good on the outside but the inside is a whole different story. & WHY THE HELL ARE YOU WRITING SOMETHING MR. ANONYMOUS IF YOU DON'T EVEN LIVE HERE (6/12/2004). You want to know how I can tell you don't live here "because if i lived there " you had that in your review. if you lived here you would know what it's like so you are probablly either some stupid kid OR an apartment manegment staff member. Not so smart are you DUMBASS!!!!!!!!!!!! If you aren't either of those then you shouldn't be afraid to put your email on your posting because you don't have to fear retrebution. But your not a tenat your probablly a staff member so thats why you wont put any thing on yours. -----!
