Birches

 

We have lived here three years and are glad to be leaving.

The exterior when you drive in makes you think wow,pretty clean and really well kept.

Well they put a lot on energy into the outside apperance.

Since we have been here, there have been three office managers and the assistants come and go so quick, there is always someone new and the one you spoke with before is gone.

In the beginning things were fine, maintinence was great, they would fix it same day.

However now it takes a few days and phone calls to get stuff done, so I never report the minor things, I do it myself.

Our carpet was not cleaned on the day of move in and they had to do it quickly before our stuff arrived and it wasn't done well at all.

They forgot we were moving in that day.How that happens I am not sure.The noise level has gotten worse since I think overall they are beginning to lease to anyone, there are a lot of cookouts and music going on on the weekends in a building close to ours, kind of annoying.

The rent is really not worth what you get.

The rec room is ok, a treadmill, and weights.

Forget the tanning bed I am not sure if the bulbs have ever been changed.

IF you aren't overly picky and the basics will suit you then you may like it since it is close to the mall and other stuff.

However had the new apartments been finished earlier next door than I would have moved in there.

I am not sure if I had to rent again if I would choose a Great Atlantic property.
