Unhappy at the Birches

I have been living here for quiet a while & the Birches really really suck. I had to pay out of pocket to get my carpet cleaned because the Birches staff is lazy. I can put in a request to have something fixed & unless you call they don't do a thing. E.M. will say she is putting in a request for you & she lies. She doesn't put anything in. I am currently writting a letter of complaint to the owners of the Birches Apartments (Great Atlantic). The address you can write to is:

That is the person I was told to write my complaint to when I called (757) 217-3400 which is Great Atlantics number. Please write to this person if your unhappy so that things might get fixed if the recive enough complaints.
