At the Birches you do not get what you pay for.

I came to the Birches expecting that the extra cost above similar apartments would be worth it.

Boy was I wrong.

Were do I start.

Well to begin all the other reviews here are right on the mark.

Maintainance is a joke.

The only thing money is thrown at is landscaping.

Managers are not helpful.

There are at least 4 unoccupied apartments in my unit alone.

Everyone leaves as soon as their lease is up, or sooner.

To many stories to tell.
