Vandalism at Birches

I have been living at the birches for 2 months.
The birches are screwing my wife & I over.
most people on 2nd floor pay 781 a month for a yr long lease.
My wife & I are paying 881 & we have a year long lease.
But ya know what the miltary people have an advantage to where they can call Navy Housing & complain.
As I have heard from my Navy friends Navy Housing no longer recomends the birches.
So hopefully Navy people wont have to put up with this apartment complex too much longer & hopefully the Birches will be put on the Black List soon.
Maintenance does not come no matter how you ask.
I have a friend hwho put in a request over 3 months ago maintance still has not come...explain that.
My friend doesn't ask rudely & I have listened to my friend call & ask for them to come fix things.
Also lately there has been a string of vandalism of white paint being spattered on dark colored cars & black paint being spattered on light colored cars.
The Birches advertises they have 24-7 security officers, where were they when that was happening to a high number of residents'''!!!People living here are being over charged to have to put up with that crap! Why aren't there security cameras''''!!!! Cheaper apartments in Norfolk in high crime areas even have that why don't the Birches'''!!! What is management too CHEAP'!
