HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

One month after moving in, my ceiling fell in from a water leak over the washer and dryer.

Maintenance came in and just patched the hole after several days.

Five months later the same thing happened, but worse.

It not only fell over the washer and dryer, the ceiling collapsed in my childs closet, water and plaster had fallen everywhere.

It took FIVE DAYS before they came and STOPPED the water from dripping.

After several days they finally came to repair the ceiling.

Their appliances are old! My dishwasher would not work properly.

Instead of them ordering me a new dishwasher, they took the DOOR off another dishwasher and installed it on mine.

And to top it off, when we moved out, there was a leak under the floor or behind the wall in the master bedroom that damaged our furniture.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THERE!! IT IS NOT WORTH IT!! WE PAID TOO MUCH MONEY FOR OLD APPLIANCES AND WATER LEAKS!!!!!
