Recently the Birches have had maintenance out looking for a rattle snake. Now they are driling holes in the cement due to the fact that they have termites. The office staff doesn't care & they no longer have a manager in the office they have a rental leasor. Also recently one of the people in another building he & his wife were coming down the stairs & she fell down & broke her leg. When husband called the office & told them that she had fallen, they said that they didn't care & hung up on him. Also the property owners Great Atlantic do not care either. Please do not rent from the Birches or any complex owned by Great Atlantic. They are just after money, they don't care about the condition of the apartments or how the residents are treated. When you are on the hold line & you here about how they have state of the art equipment it is a lie. The earliest their appliances can be is 1980s. Also the appliances eat up a lot of energybecause they are so old. The water heaters only give you about a 5 min. shower. The apartments are becoming run down. When one tenat moves out they are supposed to clean the carpets & they don't. The carpets are nasty when you move in. It is a horrible place to live. I would not even recomend renting from any complex owned by Great Atlantic. Please DON'T RENT HERE!!! You will regret it.
