I have recently moved into the Birches and I think that is is a great complex and told many friends about it. I would reccomend this place and I moved here from a new complex next door and like this one much better. The only small complaint i have is that people let there dogs poop and dont clean it up. My old apartment at Alta Cove had a crack in the ceiling from the front door all the way across that leaked! So if dog poop is my only complaint Im HAPPY!
