I have had no issues!

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005
 
I think that the staff at the Birches needed some maintenance help and they finally got it so now its smooth sailing. I have been here for 6 years and almost move out but they brought back a supervisor that they had a longtime ago and now it seems to be moving along nicely.
