My family and I moved in under a six month lease.

Generally everything is just fine.

Here are the exceptions.
Maintenance personnel and staff are unprofessional in conduct.
Charging for fees not included in the original contract or addendum.
Poor accounting practices.
Customer service is lacking.
Overall incompentent staff.
No vision.
Poor judgement.
