Don't ever move here.

I lived here two years and ago, and it is true they DO NOT clean the apartments when you move in, there was still dirt from the former residents, there IS mold everywhere, and they DO charge you for anything that broke while you were moved in and the matenence men came to TRY to fix and tore up the apartment THEMSELVES while trying to fix what was broken.

After moving out and recieving NOT my deposit but a $3000 bill because of this and the mold smell that was blamed on my ONE cat I would NEVER move there again.

I am a navy wife and housing inspected the place before I moved in and GAVE the manager a notice of what needed to be done, when it wasn't done I had permission to break the lease, and when they tried to charge me I took it all back to housing.

Housing took care of it all and I did not ever get my $250 deposit back, BUT I didn't end up paying the $3000 either! PLEAASE save yourself the hassle and don't even bother with this place!
