I have had problems since day 1. The management on site is rude and not helpful at all. Even tried to get the main company and they were useless too. When they painted before I moved in there is paint all over the place. Mold was all over the tub, carpets dirty. Dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes, garbage disposal is loud, stove top burnes are not working. When you call for a repair it takes weeks to get done. They came to inspect the fire alarms and found mine not working and it took them 4 weeks to come fix it. The smell in my apartment is horrible on a consistent basis like dead animals. The air filters are filled with inches and inches of dust in the a/c closet. I can not wait to leave this place. It has been hell living here the past year.
