The Birches was nice when I first moved in. The property manager was friendly and helpful. She left and was replaced a month after we moved. Along with her went the service. If you needed anything fixed be prepared to call in at least 3 times. And just when you think its over and you are happy to have moved out you will most likely get a big bill for just about anything they can possibly try to come up with. We are still in the middle of a dispute with them and I would never recommend them to anyone! Go next door to Alta Cove...its worth the extra money.
