Crap Hole!!!!!!!!

We've been living at The Birches for a year now.

I feel as though the information they put out about the apartments, is very misleading.
When you come to look at the apartments, you see a "demo" apartment and you assume yours will look the same.

NO!
The appliances are from the 80's, the floors are linoleum and they suck! They are stained and ruined!
We recently had a flood from a busted water heater, because in the words of the maintenance man "The water heaters have not been replaced for 20 years"!
The bathrooms are horrible! And I'm not just talking about my apartment,,,I've been in several of my neighbors apartments and they have the same issues.
It's ridiculous to be paying $900 a month to live in a crap hole in a nice area.
Sometimes the management team has PMS and are very rude.

I definitely recommend looking elsewhere for an apartment.
