mold and bad maintenance

lived there for a couple of years, had water damage from a burst pipe in back bedroom, and water heater that burst within four days of that.

Took them to court and won, now they are appealing.

I guess there is a question of right or wrong.

You can go to wavy10.com and do a site search on the birches, will come up with my story.

It does not seem to be getting much better either, guess the management is more interested in the cash flow than the property or people who live there.

Going back to court on 21 May 2008, yes over a year now and still have yet to settle, anyway show your support and come to court!!!!! Wednesday 21 May 2008, 9:00 a.m., in the Circuit court for the city of Chesapeake(this is where I should get a trial date).

Have missed many days of work to continue this fight, this is not a third world country and people should not have to go through what I went through, especially in an upscale community like greenbriar.
