Within the first ten days of moving in, a pipe burst and the entire apartment was flooded.
When the plumber came, he told me the piece of pipe they had used was outlawed-I brought this up to the mgr and she was extremely rude to me.
I had two less extreme water-flooding incidents after this.
I also had slugs coming in from somewhere in the kitchen-the office said they sent an exterminator, but the situation never improved.
The blinds in the master bdrm were not put up right, so when I opened the blinds one day, they came crashing down-it took them THREE days to replace the blinds so basically anyone could see into our bdrm.
Not only myself, but a friend of mine that also lived in the complex had issues with peeping toms (we're both females) numerous times as well as weirdos coming to the door.
The office said they have never had that kind of issue before which was basically like saying they didn't believe us even though the police were involved.
We broke our lease and it was the best decision ever.

I can't believe the office said that they have never had that peeping tom issue before. That is a flat out lie...they really should get on here and check out what others say about their apts. b/c they'd find out (which I know they already knew) that this peeping tom has been an ongoing issue. I mean they have to know that this site exists and it would only be in their best interest to check it out to see how they can improve their complex to keep their tenants or to attract prospective tenants, but whatever..that's on them if they want to be ignorant and not use these types of resources.
