We have been here for a little over a year and although the maintenance and customer service seams to have improved it is still sub standard. The latest problem was the install if Verizon FIOS, the memo must have blown off my door so I didn't know. I noticed items moved on the porch and called the office to ask about it. They then told me of the Verizon contract and could tell me nothing except it was scheduled for my building that day. They did say there was not a representative from The Birches accompanying the contractors only that the Verizon FIOS contractor was responsible for hiring there own security to ensure residents property. I wasn't aware I that I pay rent to Verizon. There have been many complaints that I've had and received no satisfaction from the office personnel or the corporate office which never returned our call.
