We lived in the Cedars at Greenbrier. We moved here cause it was recommended by one of our old neighbors. Just to let you all out there know never take advice from friends/family on where to move. You will only be unhappy. We are military and we needed a place to move to. We went to the Cedars and saw the rental and next thing you knew we were moving in. Boy what a bad choice. We had several problems and the maintance there SUCKS! Not even to mention the office staff tries but does not get away with tricking apartment renters into things that they don't even need. For example sattlite tv. They made us all get it cause they told us that we could no longer have anything associated with Cox Cable. Then they said that they could only bill us as a rent increase. Even when you move out they try to take all of your money/deposits. If you are military WATCH OUT! They will try to take everything and make you pay if you have to break your lease early they will even try to make you pay a termination fee for break of lease. DO NOT LET THEM. THEY NO LONGER CAN JUST ASK YOUR LEAGAL DEPARTMENT IN YOUR BRANCH OF SERVICE! But If you were to ask me I would tell you if what I know now I knew then meaning before I moved in I would tell you to NEVER MOVE THERE!
