I lived in this complex from Feb. 2002 to July 2004. It was ok. Nothing frilly. Office staff definately try to rip you off. The "manager" Keisha who is never there, definately has a big head about her position. They try to rip you off by billing you the wrong rent amount, and if you have to move and break your lease. They charge for every little thing. $45.00 for carpet cleaning on an apartment I lived in for a year and a half that needed to be replaced when I moved in. That is normal wear and tear. $10.00 for bathroom cleaning'! Come on. These apartments are about 20 years old. How clean can you get them' Be sure to review your invoice carefully if you break your lease. They charge incorrect prices. FYI- they do have HUGE water bugs & call me crazy, but paying over $600 for a one bedroom apartment, I do not think I should have to live w/ bugs.
