The water bugs there are the biggest I've ever seen! We also had a bug problem inside our apartment and after requesting an exterminator multiple times, we finally decided to just move out. They tried to rip us off by convincing us to move out early so we could be reimbursed for part of our rent. They didn't reimburse us and tried to charge us the "breaking the lease" fee. The only reason we left early was because they promised us we wouldn't be charged! The staff is not helpful and are not considerate at all. While the apartment itself was decent, there was water damage everywhere that was just never tended to after the hurricane and a water leak in the apartment above us. Be careful if you move there...they like your money as much as you do! (Don't get me started on those disgusting bugs!)

It really drives me crazy when people complain about water bugs. Water bugs are not roaches and CAN NOT live inside. They live outside, most of the time in mulch. They wander inside at times, but they will not harm you and will not survive inside. There is nothing they can do inside the home to prevent them, spraying does not work. Don't blame the staff for that one, blame mother nature.

actually lucky413....if the mositure in the walls was taken care of then the bugs would not want to be inside of the apartment! Good try tho on trying to be smart....
