Here is my opinion on the Cedars at Greenbrier...In the year that I lived there I had my apartment broken into, which isn't too big of a deal EXCEPT that I had my doors were locked when I left and when I returned they were still locked but my stuff was missing, alil fishy to me! The water bill doesnt make any sense, one month it will be 10 bucks next month it be 9 bucks then following month it will be 50 bucks...lil skeptical. Finally I moved out in Oct, its now middle of Jan and still havent seen my security deposit back after calling multiple times. Defiantly wouldnt recommend this complex to anyone

I lived there in 04-05 too. You are definitely right about the water bill! It was ridiculous, we questioned it very often and was told we all had separate water meters but our bills were outrageous, I worked a lot and was hardly ever home so I know I could not have possible used that much water! After the cedars, I moved into a much bigger townhome and my water bill was half the price... something was not right! I also had roaches, it was the first place I have ever lived to have them! When I called the office to let them know they were hanging around outside of my 1st floor apartment and coming in, they laughed and said it was roach season and never sent anyone out. I had to buy roach traps, and mind you, I kept a very neat apartment, it's not like there were dirty plates and food left out. AND it took forever to get my deposit back too...
