I have to say that after one terrible apartment in VA, then living in a BEAUTIFUL one, but chosing to move closer to work, I was skeptical. All apartments (ok, MOST)look nice at first....but you don't know until you move IN what it's really like. This was a FANTASTIC choice. I've now been here for 2 years and my fiance and I don't plan on moving again until he's out of the Navy or until we buy a house (which we don't plan on doing for another couple of years). The staff is friendly, maintenance is wonderful and the apartments are a good size for good rent (apts in this area of VA are ROBERRY for the most part!). It's a safe area and so many grocery stores, retail stores and things are right around the corner. I literally only go about 5 miles from home to go anywhere...it's great! I love the fact that I don't have to pay outlandish fees for cable (satellite is included in my rent) and I've got like 10 movie channels! That would be impossible for me if it wasn't included in rent. I am not usually one to gush about apartments, but the Cedars has really become home to me. I love it here. Thanks Cedars staff for doing the unthinkable....making an apartment into a home.
