The office staff is friendly and always calls me by name. If I call and tell them something needs repaired, it is always done by the time I get home from work the next day. The geese can make a mess, but I really don't know what they could do about that. They have just made some improvements to the grounds.

There is some water damage to the bathroom floor, and I was told there was nothing they could do about it.

When I renewed my lease, they cleaned the carpets with no problems. In fact, THEY called ME to remind me to make an appointment for them to come in.

They allow you to do whatever you want to the inside of the apartment, as long as you put it back the way it was when you move. Which means you can paint whatever colors you want.

NOTE: Because of a recent fire, they now require all tenants to have renter's insurance.

Hmmmm. I have a hard time believing that you received prompt responses to all your maintenance needs when too many other people on this web page have received the opposite... unresponsive service.

Is that all it takes to make you a happy resident? To have someone call you by name? Yet, you remain happy even when the water damage in your bathroom was NOT repaired. Honey, they are REQUIRED to repair water damage. Every heard of MILDEW? It's an environmental issue. But, you were perfectly happy to live with water damage. Yeah. Sure!
