As a renter for 20 years in 2 states and 1 major city,I feel comfortable saying that I'm an "expert" in apartment living. There are always going to be maintenance "problems and issues" to be addressed,especially in a community that is 20 years old !! I feel that the maintenance staff here at The Cedars does their level best to effect repairs in a timley and courteous manner with minimal disruption and inconveniance to the resident. What most renters FAIL to realize is that there is a MINIMAL EXPECTION of ... Noise,Disruption,Inconveniance,and Possible delays in necessary repairs or renovations. Anyone who does not understand that should either...HAVE THEIR HEAD EXAMINED !!, OR go and buy a 20 year old house and try to come up with the $$$$$ to renovate/upgrade it to todays styles/standards...AND lets not forget your wife/significant others tastes/dreams/desires of what their "home" should look like!!! And MOST important finding AND dealing with a contractor/contractors!!!! Overall I think that the management and staff here at The Cedars does a DAMN fine job of making their residents comfortable and happy,I know I am.
