Wow! I read all of the good and not so good reviews very carefully. Knowing that I can probably only believe half of what I hear... I do see a pattern of concern here.

First, it appears that the positive comments are mostly anonymous. If you are for this apartment complex, why are you shy about identifying yourselves'

Second, the comments/responses to some of the reviews do appear to make a good/questionable point. There appears to be more continuity in the negative comments than the positive comments. As one commenter replied, several of the 5.0 original comments actually do sound like an advertisement... which would indeed justify suspicion that it was written by an employee. Also, if you notice the tight date spacing inbetween the onslaught of good responses after a negative response... one might be justified in questioning the validity.

Third, if there is so much conflict about this apartment complex to justify so many comments/responses, there may be room to question conflict between management/tenant as well as tenant/tenant.

Do you really want to consider signing a 1-year lease with all that possible/probable conflict'

No need taking sides... look at the passion behind each review. Good, bad or indifferent!
