While the apartments seem nice for the price, and the office staff seems friendly, it isn't all that great. I've had roaches everywhere for the past few months. NEVER in my life, have I had roaches in an apartment or house. Supposedly, someone comes once a month to spray, but I haven't seen him. I was home all day on one of the days he was supposed to arrive, and he never did.

The cabinets are poorly constructed. Repeated opening of one drawer causes friction on the wood and the shavings fall to drawer or cabinet space below... which menas I have to wash things before using them. (Although I guess I would anyhow with all the bugs that like to invade my kitchen).

Even with the newly installed bedroom windows, the bedrooms are still drafty and cold.

I haven't had the loud music problem that some people have written about (knock on wood). I guess I have considerate neighbors. However, the sound does travel. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around, and I can also hear them having sex. So, poor construction all around.
