Excuse me but why are we listening to residents from long, long ago putting their two cents worth in, if they don't live here anymore' Why are they reviewing these apartments well after they have left' Or, maybe these 'old residents' reviews are really coming from 'employees''' Kinda makes you wonder how reliable Apartment Ratings really is if they are going to allow employees and years and years ago residents to give Cedars a 5.0 after the fact. That's not using this website correctly. Those who live here are proving that The Cedars has lost it's 'nice' edge. At one time this may have been a nice place to live, but the times, they are a changing! This place is going downhill, allbeit slowly, but we certainly are NOT getting more bang for our bucks! This place is too expensive to renew, with improvements being made OUTSIDE the units instead of INSIDE where we spend most of our time! Give me a break!

I disagree with this harsh entry. The reason old residents are probably writing reviews is so they can give their good/bad feedback in response to their particular experience at the Cedars- since most people only use these apartment review pages to complain. I myself, was NOT an employee there and I did enjoy my year at the Cedars. I would definately live there again if I was in the area. Maybe it depends on your neighbors, but I liked living there. It was a bit pricy, but it was close to everything and the staff was accommodating.

I live in the Cedars NOW, and they're nothing but trouble. Stay away, find somewhere else to live.
