ok i have lived in the cedars for alittle over a year we just renewed our lease and i am a present resident there. I live on the third floor and we havent really experienced any bug problems... i know that in the warmer months there are alot of big roach looking bugs outside on the floor but i thought they were just june bugs from warm weather... we do have to get maintenence in the apartment sometimes the thermostat has been a real problem but normally the maintance is done right away... the rugs are cheap that i dont like... but we have huge balconies and i love the wildlife around there 2. parking is awesome there are always spaces available and if you hhave visitors they can park anywhere. The rooms are a bit drafty but overall i like the apartment. Every apartment has ups and downs and for the size of the complex i think its overall very safe and taken care of the pool is nice and they have dog friendly yards where they have bags u can use to clean up your dogs messes. Alot of bird poop around from all the different birds living there...
